Chinese New Year in Newcastle is like no chinese new year at all.
No family reunion dinner with steamed fish and chicken.
No annoying CNY music albums released by young little kids and old old singers.
No CNY decorations.
No red packets filled with money.
No pineapple tarts, kuih kapit and ba gua.
Stupid cooking for one or two course that I may not get to do.
Stupid Newcastle.
Stupid everything.
Quoting mercy me , I've never been more homesick than now.
